Incorporation of CDB Development Fund Companies
From the end of 2012 to early 2013, four CDB Development Fund companies, namely CDB Houde, CDB Jingcheng, CDB Ruiming and CDB Siyuan, were incorporated to manage the total fund of RMB 18.29 billion, invested by 147 investors.
